Rims not included, you are buying the tires ONLY, 3/4 original enlarged whitewall, with a custom made 1/4 gold stripe. We use a liquid rubber coating that bonds to the tire, no peeling or cracking. No issues with whitewall turning brown. Manufacture fixed the problem.
